We want you to know exactly how the words on this site come to be.

What we publish

Practical, evergreen guides on everyday life improvement for busy adults — productivity and habits, relationships and communication, home and routines, personal growth, work-life balance, everyday wellbeing (non-medical). Every article is planned to answer a real question our readers have, and to leave you with something you can do today. We do not publish medical, legal or financial advice, and we do not cover news.

How articles are made

Articles are drafted with the help of AI writing tools, working from a brief prepared by our editorial team, and then reviewed and edited before publication. Our writers are presented under editorial pen names: the profiles on our writers page describe the voice and focus of each byline rather than a specific individual, and the portraits are illustrations, not photographs. We tell you this because we think you should know, and because it lets us focus our energy on making the advice itself as useful as possible.

Accuracy

We do not invent statistics, studies or quotes. Where a claim needs evidence we either attribute it to widely established knowledge or leave it out. If you spot an error, e-mail [email protected] and we will correct the article and note the update date on it.

Images

Photographs come from stock libraries under licences that allow commercial use, and each one is credited to its photographer beneath the image. We do not use AI-generated imagery.

Independence

The site is funded by display advertising served through Google Ad Manager. Advertisers have no say in what we write, and articles never recommend a product because someone paid us to.
